Transforming the Hiring Process with Web3 Tools

In this interview, Lacey breaks down the innovation that is currently taking place to improve the hiring process, enabled by Web3 tools. She talks to us about how PDF resumes will be a thing of the past, improved by utilizing wallets that contain on-chain data of previous employment, and how credentials will become NFTs to validate skills.

She explains that there is currently a huge demand to fill positions with Web3 companies, especially Web3 developers. So if you’ve been thinking about moving into the Web3 space, now might be a great time to begin looking
